Trailer Rental Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and we aim to be as fair as possible while protecting the time and resources we dedicate to your reservation. Please review our cancellation terms below.
Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before Pickup Time
You will receive a full refund of your rental payment.
Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your rental for another available date at no additional cost.
Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Pickup Time
A cancellation fee of 50% of the rental total will apply.
No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in no refund.
Exceptions
We may waive cancellation fees under the following circumstances:
Severe weather (e.g., hurricanes, flooding, or hazardous road conditions affecting travel in or around Houston) Medical emergencies (documentation may be required) Vehicle breakdowns or tow vehicle issues (if reported promptly with proof)
Repeat customers in good standing may be offered one courtesy waiver per calendar year
