Booking & Rates
Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi day and multi week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Is an account required to rent a trailer?
No, you can rent directly online. All forms are sent via email and SMS, so you can complete everything right from your phone.
Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer delivery?
We provide delivery! An additional fee applies for delivery within 100 miles. Since charges vary by location, please message us for a custom quote.
What are your operating hours?
Pickup is available anytime between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Is same day pickup available?
Yes, most trailers are ready for pickup within 30 minutes.
Where do I pick up my trailer?
We operate a contactless system. All pickup instructions are sent to your phone via text.
What locations have trailers available?
All trailers are stored in secure facilities in 21233 FM 529 Cypress Texas.
Towing & Requirements
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
